if you believe that recycling is always good watch penn & teller bullsh*t episode of recycling,it shows that recycling most of the time is worse for the enviroment…don’t get me wrong reusing is a great idea but just watch the episode and you’ll understand
we have recycle docks all over town (small green community) we separate into : cardboard boxes, newspaper and mixed fiber,all plastic, all metal, and glass.
My old city also had a compost dump. Where you could put your veggie waste and compost type things into these special drums and it would be turned into compost. They then sold the compost to farmers or gardeners at low cost. It helped local economy and raised money for the town. =)

At my local “transfer station and recycling center” we must separate the paper by those three categories right there, probably because pre-sorted paper has higher resale value.

With all the pictures I’ve seen on the internet, I counted 6 different side loaders (including both recycle and garbage). Are the clean-up trucks MJ? – I think that’s what Cleanaway uses, not sure about the council’s own trucks.
we have so many diffrerent trucks recently there was a new mje garbage truck but im not sure if that one will come tomorrow. The recycling is collected by theiss services and usuallly in a really old truck.
Sounds great! I’m hoping to go there soon to get some footage myself, I believe they have a bunch of different trucks. Let me know when it’s all up…

lol Yer the paint schemes awesome on these trucks… probably the best compared to their other ones, jsut something about the green. Should be around Christmas hopefully… be getting greens, cleanup and probably more garbage. Glad you enjoyed it
